You know what you should do but the feeling doesn’t follow.
Opportunities pass. Words get stuck. The same old loops keep repeating.
It’s not your fault. It’s how your operating system is wired.
And it can be rewritten.
4 days. Proven tools. INLPTA-accredited NLP training.
Step out of autopilot and build the confidence, clarity, and control you’ve been missing.
Live In-Person Training · Small Group · Hands-On · Transformative
Explore how you think, feel and interpret situations — the kind of self‑awareness that quietly changes how you show up in everyday life.
Learn practical NLP skills in a small, supportive group — tools you'll actually use, not just read about.
Graduate with an INLPTA (International NLP Trainers Association) Diploma — a toolkit you'll use for years — plus two coaching sessions to help everything settle in.
If any of this feels familiar, this Diploma was built for you.
If nothing shifts internally, nothing changes externally — the same patterns simply repeat.
This Diploma is hands-on, practical, and personal. It isn't right for everyone.
If none of those apply, and you're ready to do the work, you'll fit right in.
Most people arrive for one of these. Many find the other applies too.
I didn't realise how much of my thinking was running on autopilot until this course. Jason creates an environment where you feel safe to explore things properly, and I left with a level of clarity I didn't expect.
The four days were eye‑opening. I learned practical tools I've used at work and at home, and I understand myself far better than I did before. It was enjoyable, grounded, and genuinely useful.
Jason teaches in a way that makes everything feel simple and human. I've used the communication tools from the Diploma with my coaching clients and it's made a real difference.
This course helped me understand why I react the way I do in certain situations, and how to shift it. I feel more confident, more steady, and more myself.
I joined to improve my communication and ended up learning far more about myself than I expected. The group was supportive, the tools were practical, and Jason's teaching style is excellent.

Trainer
Jason Kemp — INLPTA Registered NLP Trainer
This isn't about filling your head with more theory. It's about giving you practical tools you can use immediately in your real life.
Confidence that comes from understanding how your mind works and knowing how to change your state when you need to.
Tools to calm anxiety, shift unhelpful emotions, and respond instead of react.
Clear, honest communication that helps you be heard, understood, and taken seriously.
Deeper connection with the people who matter, and fewer repeating arguments and misunderstandings.
A clearer sense of who you are, what you want, and how to move towards it.
Simple, practical techniques you can use every day to change patterns that have held you back for years.
I'm Jason Kemp, an INLPTA-registered NLP Trainer, currently working toward Master Trainer status; INLPTA's highest level of accreditation. I've been on this path since 2015: NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainer's Course, the last of these under Dr Wyatt Woodsmall a co-founder of INLPTA and one of the people who mentored Tony Robbins.
Since qualifying, I've gone on to deliver accredited courses which is something most people who qualify as an NLP Trainer never do. Before any of my NLP or Hypnosis training, I spent 22 years as an Army Cadet Force instructor working with teenagers, which is where I actually learned how to hold a room, long before NLP gave me the framework for it.
That's who's in the room with you for the 4 days.
Attend the first day. If by 5pm you don't feel it's right for you, hand back your materials and we'll refund you in full.
Two 2-day blocks, five weeks apart: time to actually practise what you learn in Module 1 before Module 2 builds on it, rather than four back-to-back days with no space to let it sink in.
We start with you: who you are and where you're starting from. You'll learn the foundational skills (flexibility, clear outcomes, and sharp awareness) that everything else is built on, along with the core presuppositions of NLP and how rapport actually works in practice, not just in theory.
With the foundations in place, Day 2 turns to where you're going. You'll learn how to set well-formed outcomes, uncover the values driving your decisions, and build a clear, practical plan for taking real steps towards your dreams and goals, not just wishing for them.
Day 3 is where communication becomes a skill you can consciously control. You'll work with Anchoring, Submodalities, Perceptual Positions, and the Feedback Model, and discover how to recognise and speak in someone else's preferred style, massively improving how naturally your conversations flow.
On the final day you'll learn Chunking, work with Beliefs and Values, build your Circle of Excellence, and get an introduction to Timelines. The day closes with a guided integration exercise: Future Pacing and a group installation session, helping to lock in everything you've learned across the four days at a deeper, more lasting level.

The following is included in the price:
There are no hidden extras. The only additional cost would be your travel and accommodation.
Our guarantee is specifically designed for people who participate fully but feel they have experienced no positive change at all. If you participate and get *some* value, but decide the course still isn't right for you, you have two options:
We want you to get what you came for. The guarantee is a safety net, not a trick.
No. This Diploma is designed for complete beginners. We start from the absolute foundations, so you don't need to know any NLP terminology before you arrive.
We strictly cap the group at 20 participants. This ensures everyone gets real, hands-on feedback from Jason and the assistants, rather than being lost in a lecture hall.
INLPTA stands for the International NLP Trainers Association. It is one of the oldest and most respected professional bodies in the NLP world, setting strict standards for training quality, ethics, and trainer competence.
Because NLP is a self-regulated field (there is no government-backed licensing body), the value of a certificate depends entirely on who issued it. An INLPTA Diploma means your qualification has been assessed against a rigorous international standard — rather than being a certificate printed by a trainer who simply decided to call themselves an "academy" last week.
Yes. If you find you can't make the dates, you can transfer your booking to a future cohort up to 14 days before the course starts. You can also transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend if you can no longer attend.
Absolutely. We want everyone to feel completely comfortable. Please email us at info@yourlifeyourownway.co.uk before you book so we can ensure the venue is set up correctly for you, and so we can accommodate any dietary needs if refreshments are provided.
You will receive an immediate confirmation email with your receipt. Closer to the date, you will receive a second "Joining Instructions" email. This will contain the exact venue address, parking/public transport info, a list of nearby hotels, and what to bring with you.
We understand life happens. If you need to withdraw more than 14 days before the course starts, you can transfer to a future cohort or nominate someone else to attend in your place.
If something happens closer to the date, or if you attend Module 1 but cannot make Module 2, please speak to Jason directly on the day or via email. We will always look for a fair solution, such as catching up on the missed module in a future cohort.
You get two 30-minute 1-to-1 sessions with Jason. These are designed to help you integrate what you've learned into your specific life or business.
These can be held in person (if you are local to the area) or online via Zoom — whichever works best for you. You can book them directly with Jason any time within 3 months of completing the course.
Yes. As part of the hands-on nature of the course, we occasionally take photos and short videos for our website and social media.
All attendees are asked to sign a media consent waiver on the first morning. If you have any concerns about this, please let Jason know before the course begins.
When you join, you get access to our private community — a space to share NLP tips between sessions, ask questions, and connect with others doing the same work. It's a bonus, not an afterthought.
